Greek Pasta Salad
start by cooking the pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Mix yogurt, mint, oregano, garlic powder and pepper in bowl with wire whisk until well blended. start by grilling tuna steaks to desired temperature or pan sear in sesame oil. In a bowl combine all ingredients except for the butter and cream. In a sauce pan bring mixture to a gentle boil. start by using a food processor to blend garbanzo beans until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve room temperature or chilled. read more


Roasted Asparagus
start by pre-heating the oven to 350°F. Cut the woody stems off of asparagus and in a single layer place them on the sheet pan already lined with parchment paper. Slice the onion thin and spread over the top of the asparagus evenly. read more

Tomato and Red Onion Salad
start by whisking oil, vinegar, Italian herb blend and sugar in small bowl. Place sliced onions on serving plate. Place tomatoes in single layer over onions. Pour oil and vinegar mixture over tomatoes. Sprinkle with feta cheese. read more
